    Drew has been training Krav Maga for over six years. He loves it as self-defense system for its brutal efficiency. He hopes to instill the confidence martial arts has given him by teaching others how to effectively defend themselves so they can always get home safely.

    Clarence began practicing yoga as a teenager. After formally taking yoga classes along with Krav Maga for a year he decided to take his practice to the next level. He received his yoga certification from Yoga Krewe in 2018. He looks forward to sharing the benefits of yoga with Third Gate Defense and Fitness.
